Our mission is to help individuals navigate transitional seasons of life and discover purpose and direction through our hands-on learning course and adventure outlet.
In this modern age of information overload and grand expectation, it became apparent that more and more people were becoming disconnected, discontent, confused, depressed, and anxious as life brought them through one of its many transitional seasons. Whether it was post education, post service, post career, post addiction, post tragedy, or just general stagnation, people were becoming stuck without the means, the knowledge, and sometimes even the will to move forward.
We pair our learning course with a day out exploring and use traditional means of navigation to create a unique way to access the process of effective goal setting and follow-through techniques, and reinforced through group activities and reflection exercises.
Through fellowship and great fun, you can find your adventure. If you are willing to learn and have the desire to move forward, you can...
Learn more about our mission and vision of exploration and helping develop critical character components for navigating life’s storms and experiences.
Through our merry company of explorers, professionals, and craftsmen, we strive to empower people through the art of traditional navigation, adventures, and new experiences.
You can come aboard for a private sail on our ship Dubloon, learn how to support or volunteer, or just enjoy scrolling through a collection of our past good times and drop us a line.
Everyone deserves a chance to lay down their burdens on the coast and set sail towards a new horizon. Step back in to history and experience the team building and functional skills of sailing and traditional navigation. This was why Dubloon was built and continues its mission 90 years later on Lake Lanier, Georgia.
